WHAT'S THE REPAIR PROCESS?

Once an appointment has been agreed upon the engineer will visit your address on the agreed day and make a diagnosis..
Where parts are available from van stock you will be advised of the total cost and the repair will be completed there and then.
If parts are not available we will call you back on the same day to discuss pricing and a refit appointment.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment can be made by either Cash Cheque or card via our phone app, alternatively you can BAC's via online banking.

WHAT WARRANTY DOES THE REPAIR COME WITH

In most cases spare parts come with a one year warranty against manufacturing defect

(in some cases two year).

The labour component of the job comes with a 3 month warranty to cover the fitting of the parts.
